Before a child has language, discernment, or a stable sense of self, the maternal field is already communicating:
This is who you are.
This is what is safe to express.
This is what earns love and belonging.
This is what threatens the bond.
The mother is the child’s first teacher of identity.
When she is conscious, she creates the space for the child’s true nature to emerge.
But when her unresolved shadow enters the bond, the child may begin carrying an identity that is not truly their own.
Sometimes the projection is painful:
You are too sensitive.
You are difficult.
You are selfish.
You are the problem.
Sometimes it arrives disguised as praise:
You are the strong one.
You are the good child.
You are the one I can always rely on.
You would never leave me.
Both can become prisons.
This retreat is an invitation to return to the original imprint.
To recognize where love became fused with obligation.
Where closeness became self-abandonment.
Where belonging required you to become someone other than yourself.
And to begin reclaiming the Self beneath the maternal projection.
The Hidden Pattern
The Mother Wound does not always look like conflict with your mother.
Sometimes it looks like becoming the person everyone relies on.
Two opposite-looking strategies. The same wound.
Somewhere along the way, love became fused with obligation:
“If I take care of everyone, hold everything together, and become who they need me to be — maybe no one will leave.”
These patterns are not evidence that something is wrong with you.
They are adaptations.
They were intelligent responses to the maternal field you entered as a child.
But the strategy that once protected the bond may now be preventing your true Self from emerging.
The Maternal Contract
The child does not consciously decide to abandon herself.
She senses what preserves the bond.
She learns what earns closeness.
She learns what creates tension.
She learns which feelings are welcome.
She learns which parts of herself must remain hidden.
“I will stay small so you do not feel threatened.”
“I will remain strong so you do not fall apart.”
“I will carry your pain so you do not have to feel it.”
“I will become who you need me to be so I do not lose your love.”
The wound is not only what happened.
It is the identity you built to remain connected.
Healing is not about rejecting your mother.
It is about releasing the role you learned to play inside the bond.
And beginning to discover who you are beneath the maternal projection.
This retreat is an invitation to return to the Self that existed before belonging required you to become someone else.
The Retreat Journey
This is not a weekend of blaming your mother.
It is an opportunity to recognize the identity you formed inside the maternal bond — and begin releasing the patterns that no longer belong to your true Self.
The goal is not to become less loving.
It is to stop confusing love with self-abandonment.
Mother Wound Retreat
Join us live June 26–28 for a contained weekend of recognition, release, and reclamation.
Your Unique Maternal Imprint
Each person carries the maternal imprint differently.
During this retreat, we will work with a specific placement in your Human Design chart that correlates with what you inherited through the maternal field.
Your chart reveals the particular pattern your body learned to carry.
The role you may have learned to play.
The burden you may still be carrying.
The strategy you developed to preserve love and belonging.
And the deeper quality that is ready to be reclaimed.
Recognize
What you inherited
Release
What is not truly yours
Reclaim
The Self beneath the imprint
You do not need any previous knowledge of Human Design.
The chart becomes a mirror: not another label to carry, but a way of seeing the pattern clearly enough to begin relating to it differently.

" Urges and impulses to control and keep busy have evaporated. Generational shame, the pain of unworthiness has dissipated. My body locked in tension and immobility have opened up and I feel peaceful. "
"The whole thing built upon itself in a very organized way so that ILLUMINATION flowed evenly and inevitably. Piece by piece my ‘wound’ felt attended to. Very elegantly, gently … the process of this retreat made clear the very moment my ‘rebel’ was created … This retreat was EXCELLENT for me."
"What felt powerful was how clearly the space translated non-locally. Even from the UK, alone in my own environment, the field felt intact and strong. Being in my own home actually allowed my nervous system to settle more deeply, without social awareness or group energy to track."
"I honestly feel like I’ve broken out of a prison I held myself in for so long. What a miracle it is to hear the voice of my body and let the not-self mind move aside. My heart is full."
"This retreat really cracked me open and I experienced the most profound spiritual awakening I have encountered thus far on my spiritual path. I felt energy move through my body and release blockages—some were painful, others were blissful. I have made peace with my father and even felt empowered to display his photo for the first time since he passed. My connection to God has transformed. I honestly feel that I have healed my Father Wound and found peace"
"I feel more grounded and in my power. The kriyas and breathwork have shifted something. I’m not playing small anymore to make others feel big. I finally feel like I deserve to take up space."
"I am now confident that I am never too much. And that I will not entertain relationships that don’t have room for and appreciate all of me. I want to practice more and more being in the body consciously. The teachings give so much clarity and confirmation. This retreat has given me the permission to rise with or without the men in my life."
"I realized I had tied my food restrictions to spiritual starvation. I forgave myself. I started blessing my food. I started feeling desire again—for life, for nourishment. This retreat gave me that."
"I’m feeling safe in my body—trusting it, rather than trying to manipulate it. My boundaries feel simple. My real self is becoming more clear. This is self-sovereignty. This is sacred."
"These retreats continue to change my life. I feel inspired to follow my heart and trust my body. I’m learning how to live from my spine—not from fear."
"absolutely LOVED loved loved the fusion of Kundalini Yoga Meditations with this work--it brought on such an opening and shift for me. I am forever indebted to you and the group. I adore group gatherings like this and know the impact we have on each other and the collective."
"First, my sincere gratitude for the amount of love and caring and research you put into your teachings and guidance for those of us that have appeared for you."
No. This retreat is not about reducing your life to a story of what your mother did or did not do. It is about recognizing the identity, survival strategies, and relational patterns that formed inside the maternal field — and beginning to release the roles that no longer belong to your true Self. You can honor your mother's humanity while also telling the truth about what your body learned to carry.
You do not need to have an obviously difficult relationship with your mother to benefit from this retreat. The maternal imprint can be subtle. Sometimes it arrives through emotional absence, anxiety, overprotection, sacrifice, unspoken expectations, or being praised for becoming the strong one. The question is not whether your mother was “good” or “bad.” The question is: What did you learn you had to become in order to preserve love and belonging?
During the retreat, we will work with a specific placement in your Human Design chart that correlates with what you inherited through the maternal field. This will help you recognize the particular role, burden, or survival strategy your body may have learned to carry. You do not need any previous knowledge of Human Design. You will be guided clearly.
The Saturday afternoon Rebirthing Session is a deeper guided Kundalini Yoga practice designed to help loosen inherited roles, emotional residue, and survival patterns carried through the maternal field.
The purpose is not to force an emotional release or endlessly revisit the past. It is to give the body an opportunity to soften out of an old pattern and create space for a new relationship with belonging.
The practices are accessible and modifiable. Some sessions, including the Kundalini Yoga Rebirthing practice, may be deeper or more sustained, but the work is not about force or intensity. You will be encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and move at your own pace.
This retreat is structured to reduce overwhelm, not create it. Being in your own home allows your nervous system to regulate more easily. Many participants report going deeper precisely because they are not tracking social energy. You may pause, rest, modify a practice, or return to a replay when your rhythm requires space.
Yes. There is a private community forum available for reflection and connection. Participation is optional. This retreat is fundamentally a contained, solitary experience — supported by a collective field, not dependent on interaction.
No. You will be guided clearly. If you are experienced, the retreat will offer deeper refinement. If you are new, you will receive structure and orientation throughout the process.
